1. Return Policy
Return Period:
Return requests for all items may be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Items must remain in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
Return Conditions:
Items exhibiting quality defects or significant discrepancies from the product description.
Damage incurred during shipping (photographic evidence is required).
Shipping errors (receipt of the incorrect item).
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used or damaged (unless caused by shipping).
Customized or personalized items.
Personal hygiene products (e.g., footwear, bags).
Damage caused by customer mishandling.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be freely cancelled within 24 hours.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed via the standard return procedure.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Processing:
Once a return request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of product quality issues).
